Eligibility for the Contest:
This contest, referred to as the “Contest”, welcomes only participants who register on the online contest page and are 18 years or older as of their entry date. Employees of xAWARDS™, its affiliates, promotional agencies, suppliers, and their immediate families or those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Participation is void where prohibited.

Agreement to the Contest Rules:
By entering, you accept these Rules and confirm you meet the eligibility criteria. You also acknowledge that decisions made by xAWARDS™ about the contest are final. The contest follows all relevant local, state, and federal laws.

Duration of the Contest:
Online entries are accepted between the start and end dates listed on the contest website for that award year.

Entry Process:
To participate, submit your entry using the online form on the contest website. Entries must meet all criteria to be eligible. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may face disqualification. Each participant can vote once for each category, using the details provided. Voting more than once by using multiple emails, identities, or devices, or employing deceptive methods, may result in disqualification.

Your Rights and Permissions:
By entering, you grant xAWARDS™ and its representatives the right to contact you via the provided email about xAWARDS™ related information.

Terms and Conditions:
xAWARDS™ can alter, suspend, or end the contest due to unforeseen issues like viruses, unauthorized interventions, or other disruptive factors. It can also disqualify individuals who breach the entry process or the contest's terms. By entering, you consent to receiving periodic emails from xAWARDS™, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Liability Limitation:
By entering, you absolve xAWARDS™ and its related entities from any potential claims or damages arising from your participation or from accepting and using any prize.

Disputes and Jurisdiction:
This contest adheres to the laws of Australia and New South Wales. Participants agree that any unresolved disputes will be settled individually in a New South Wales court.
